Massage Therapy and Summer

Summer time is a season of bright days, warm nights, and outdoor fun. Many of us try to spend as much time out under the sun as possible, whether it’s lounging out on the beach, jogging at local parks, or a time with family at a picnic.

It’s important though to take care of our bodies in other ways during these sun drenched days. The sudden burst of activities after a long winter usually leaves our bodies sore and thirsty. Remember to always hydrate with plenty of fluids, and to use plenty of sunscreen. As well, a massage session can help relieve those cramps that comes from crouching too long while tending the garden, or from a long afternoon of beach volleyball...
